Legal agreement governing your use of rp00 gaming services and platform

IMPORTANT: By accessing, registering, or using the rp00 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rp00.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By creating an account on rp00, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations governing specific games and promotions. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and rp00.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with the terms of a specific promotion or bonus offer, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that particular promotion. In all other respects, these general Terms & Conditions shall govern.
rp00 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the rp00 platform. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. By using rp00, you confirm that online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of our services complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Individuals acting under legal disability, guardianship, or any form of restricted capacity are prohibited from using our services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your relationship with rp00. You must provide a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) for account verification before processing your first withdrawal.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account with rp00. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered as authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions and bets placed.
You must immediately notify rp00 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending investigation of suspicious activity.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, email, or identity documents, constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
rp00 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment service registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rp00 reserves the right to request proof of payment source and to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
rp00 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.
Players may request withdrawals at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals can only be processed to Indonesian bank accounts registered in the account holder's name.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes for verified accounts. VIP members enjoy priority processing. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification or during periods of exceptional transaction volume.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport. rp00 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure account security.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. rp00 reserves the right to apply additional wagering requirements or refuse withdrawals if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.
rp00 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, Indonesian banks may deduct interbank transfer fees from the amount received, which is beyond our control.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of rp00 and are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in each promotional offer. Not all players may be eligible for all bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement (typically ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount) will be stated in the promotion terms. Only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements; free bets or bonus funds do not count.
rp00 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we detect abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers. Bonus abuse may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet allowed while wagering a bonus is Rp 50.000 per spin/bet. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
All bets are subject to acceptance by rp00. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or close accounts without prior notice. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except as provided in these terms or specific game rules.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, and other sports, the result is determined by the official result announced by the relevant governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to our specific sports betting rules, which may vary by sport and competition.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical dealing to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once the round is completed.
In the event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors affecting game outcomes, rp00 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp00 platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds.
rp00 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall rp00's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
rp00 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers including payment processors, game providers, or Indonesian banks and e-wallet services.
rp00 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal conduct. We may also suspend accounts pending investigation of unusual activity.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and you will not be permitted to create new accounts. Any remaining balance in compliant accounts will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to rp00. Balances in accounts terminated for fraud or abuse are forfeited.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after identity verification.
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, or platform functionality, you must first contact rp00 customer support. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
All decisions made by rp00 regarding bet settlements, bonus awards, account closures, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and standards. Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant international gaming authorities.
rp00 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
